him to spend more time with his wife and two kids.
Although the
announcement comes as a bit of a surprise to some, Terry commented after the
announcement, "Don't be sad for me. I
am happy as I have been in many years. I
consider myself very lucky to be in the position I'm in after my 40-plus years
at Hoosier."
Terry's job
responsibilities are currently being reassigned to fellow workers, Irish
Saunders, Mike Boits, Paul Menting and Mark Jeffirs.
Irish will be responsible for product development and sales.
Mike and Paul will help coordinate the administrative responsibilities
and Mark will work closely with customers relative to their respective

Hoosier President
and CEO Bob Newton commented, "Terry has been a big part in the success of
Hoosier over the years and I'm sure he will be missed by a lot of people.
I am glad that we were able to put together a package that will allow
Terry to spend more time with his family."
