Buescher dominated the Menards 200 leading 106 of 200 laps in collecting his first win of the season.

The 19-year-old driver has six career wins with four of them now coming at the famous 1/2-mile oval. Buescher's other victories came at DuQuoin and Salem.

In qualifying, 37 cars posted times with Alex Bowman capturing the pole with a time of 16.046 seconds (112.177 mph).

Bowman followed by Brennan Poole, Chris Buescher and Joey Coulter atop the time charts to fill the first two rows in the starting grid.

The race featured five leaders among four different drivers. Alex Bowman led the race's first 55 laps from the pole before giving way to Chris Buescher.

Buescher led thru lap 113 before yielding the top spot to Justin Marks. Marks led 19 circuits before 9-time series champion Frank Kimmel took his turn out front.

Kimmel, looking for his 10th Toledo win, could not hold off the hard-charging Buescher though.

After 20 laps, Buescher regained the lead from the Kimmel on lap 153.

Buescher led the final 48 laps to capture his first win of the season before the near-capacity crowd by 3.518 seconds ahead of Kimmel.

Grant Enfinger finished in third followed by Clint King and Tom Hessert in fourth and fifth, respectively.

The 200-lap race was slowed 10 times for cautions for a total of 52 laps.

It was the ARCA Series' fifth race of the season and its fifth different winner.

Tom Hessert, with a fifth place finish, takes over the lead in the driver standings with 1195 points.

With the win, Chris Buescher jumps up to second place win with 1180 points.

Chad Hackenbracht is in fourth followed by Frank Kimmel in fifth as only 45 points separate the top five in the driver standings.
