JAPAN
(April 10-11, 2010) -- Hoosier tires have been finding success at race tracks
in the U.S. for over 50 years. That success is now becoming a global
phenomenon.
Takao Ishihara of DeepStage Racing recently reported to us that despite only
having one car using Hoosier tires at the previous Japan Drag Racing
Association (JDDA) event they were still able to come away with the win.
Koji Yamaguchi won the event while piloting a ProStock Supra on Hoosiers.
Yamaguchi used a combination 25.0/5.0-15 (18102) drag fronts and 33.5/17.0-16
C06 (18700) rear tires to take the victory.
Hoosier Racing Tire would like to congratulate Koji Yamaguchi for his most
recent win using our products.
We would also like to thank DeepStage Racing's Takao Ishihara for his hard
work over the years to bring the Hoosier brand to the forefront of drag racing
in Japan.
If you are in Japan and wish to arrange a purchase of Hoosier racing tires
feel free to e-mail Takao at info@deepstage-racing.com.
