| On-line ordering of Hoosier Apparel
items has never been simpler. The apparel section of this website has
been totally redesigned to make purchasing Hoosier items easy, fast
and fun, while still utilize a secure sever to protect the personal
information. The site should be self
explanatory, but we have provided detailed step-by-step instructions
below. You may wish to print them off as you begin your shopping
excursion.
HOW TO ORDER
1. After selecting APPAREL in the left-hand
navigation frame, you will then be presented with several categories
from which to select Hoosier items for purchase.
2. Click on any one of these categories in the left hand frame. All
items within that category will then be displayed in the main frame.
Categories with many items in them will take longer to load.
3. Once loaded, the name of the product and a text description and
photograph of each item will be displayed.
4. Below the description of each item is a drop down box labeled
"Size – Price." By clicking the down arrow on the right
side of the drop down box, you will be shown all the sizes and prices
for the item you are interested in. To select a size, place your
pointer on the size you want and click it.
5. Below the "Size - Price" drop down box is the
"Quantity" drop down box. Click on the down arrow on the
right side of the drop down box to see the quantity options. Select
the option you want by placing your pointer on the quantity you wish
to purchase and click.
6. After selecting the item(s) you like, along with the size and
quantity you want, click on the "ADD" image that appears to
the right of the "Quantity" drop down box. This adds the
item(s) to your current shopping cart.
7. You will then see a display of the items you selected in your
shopping cart. You may now choose to EDIT or DELETE any items in your
shopping cart. EDIT will allow you to change the size you have ordered
or the quantity you selected. DELETE will remove this item from your
cart entirely. You can also select CANCEL on this page to cancel your
entire order. You can return to your shopping at this point by
clicking the BACK button on your browser. This will return you to the
category you were in last. If you have completed your shopping, select
CHECK OUT.
8. After you enter your billing information, you need to tell us
whether you want your order shipped to the same address as the billing
address you entered or whether you wish your items shipped to an
alternate address. If you check the box labeled "CHECK
THIS BOX IF YOU
WOULD LIKE US TO SHIP TO THIS SAME ADDRESS"
we will ship your order to the billing address you entered, but if you
want to ship the item to another address, simply click the SUBMIT
INFO button at the bottom of the page (without
checking the box) and you will be able to enter an alternate shipping
address.
9. When you’re finished, click SUBMIT INFO. A summary of the billing
and shipping address for your order will be shown along with all the
items you want to purchase. Dollar amounts are in U.S. Currency
(USD).
This summary will also show any additional sales tax required. There is also
a flat $7 shipping charge that
applies to all apparel orders. (Tire orders have a $15 shipping
charges applied.)
10. Enter you credit card information at the bottom of the page.
Hoosier accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Select the card you
wish to use from the drop down box, then enter the credit card number.
Next, enter the exact name that appears on the credit card. Finally,
enter the expiration date of the card. If you want to cancel your
order, select CANCEL at the bottom of the page. If you want to
finalize your order, select ORDER NOW at the bottom of the page.
11. After selecting ORDER NOW, your request is sent to Hoosier for
processing. You may want to print a copy of your order for your

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped via normal
ground service to all 48
states in the continental U.S. if you have provided your full
shipping address. Orders will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, USPS or
a combination thereof.
A $7 shipping charge applies to all
apparel orders within the continental U.S. A flat $15 freight charge
applies to all tire orders within the continental U.S.
For orders outside the continental
U.S.,
additional shipping and handling charges will apply as well as a
longer delivery time.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
