-- Over 5,000 individuals responded to
our plea to submit comments to the Federal government regarding the
possible passage of new legislation that would directly impact small
specialty tire manufacturers like Hoosier Racing Tire Corp. and its
customers. In less than two weeks, the Department of Transportation's
Docket Management System was flooded with over 5,000 comments.
Submissions can be viewed at the following link: http://dms.dot.gov/search/searchFormSimple.cfm.
Once there, type in 8011 in the box to the right of
"Docket Number" and click SEARCH. The system will display 50
submissions per page. You can scroll to the bottom of the page and
select any one of 100 pages to view, each with 50 comments per page.
You also can click on the links on the right side of the page under
"Files" to view the actual submission. Hoosier Racing Tire
Corp. will keep you updated as to any developments regarding this
important legislation. We would also like to sincerely thank
