LAKEVILLE, IN -- Chalk up three more 1-2-3 finishes by Team-Hoosier in Pennzoil World
of Outlaws competition. To date, teams using Hoosier tires have
amassed a 12-1 record in sprint racing's premier series. At Houston
Raceway Park, Hoosier-shod teams finished 1st thru
8th in the preliminary feature. In the finale, they finished 1st thru
7th. Lastly, at Pike County Speedway, Team-Hoosier swept the top six
in the feature event.
Encompassed in the 12-1 record, 11 of the 12 wins have actually
ended in a 1-2-3 sweep by Hoosier-shod
In the one race Team-Hoosier did not win, they
were running first, second and fourth when all three were involved in
an accident with just four laps remaining. Team-Hoosier still managed to
salvage a 2-3-4 finish.
Hoosier rubber not
only has been dominating in the World of Outlaws, they also remain undefeated
in Pennsylvania at Lincoln and Williams Grove Speedways after a month

Manager Neil Cowman commented, "Things are really going well
right now. Overall, Team-Hoosier is doing better than last year, but
we still need two more wins in the World of Outlaws to match last
season's 15-1 start."
The Pennzoil World of Outlaws
Series will resume racing on Friday, March 29, when they stop in
Joplin, MO for a one-night show. Then, it is on to Pevely, MO for
another one-night show on Saturday.
Following the Missouri
swing, Hoosier World of Outlaws Track Service Manager Todd Seitz will
be returning to Hoosier headquarters in Lakeville, IN to re-stock the
Hoosier tire trailer for the Southern Bleacher Classic at Texas Motor
