ABBOTTSTOWN,
PA (March 6) -- After starting sixth, Doug Esh motored to the front of
the field to capture the 25-lap feature Saturday afternoon at Lincoln
Speedway. Esh used a pair of Hoosier RD12's to take the win and pocket
the $2,500 top prize. Esh, who moved into the lead on the ninth lap,
was followed to the line by Fred Rahmer--winner of the season opener
at Lincoln. Lance Dewease finished in third followed by Chris Eash and
Niki Young. Rahmer, Dewease, Eash and Young all used the same D10/RD12
rear drive combination. Following the 2002 season in which the Hoosier
brand went undefeated at the track with a mark of 21-0, Lincoln
Speedway has employed a Hoosier-only right rear tire-rule since the
beginning of the 2003 season
Lincoln Speedway has weekly racing programs on
Saturday featuring 410 sprint cars as their premier division. For more
