The race was to have been the second on the series' 12-race schedule. The race was rescheduled for this Saturday, May 17th. In the NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series, Rick Fuller (at right) led 123 of the 150 race laps in Saturday's Waterford 150 in Waterford, CT en route to capturing his first win in the series in two years. While in the Raybestos Brakes Northwest Series on Saturday, John Bender won his first-ever race in the series in grand fashion leading every lap of the NUPRECON 125, at Evergreen Speedway in Monroe, Washington.
