MECHANICSBURG,
PA (March 7) -- Greg Hodnett made it two-for-two in 410 sprint racing
at Williams Grove Speedway Sunday afternoon winning the 25-lap feature
for the second consecutive week. Hodnett led every lap en route to his
24th career win at Williams Grove. There were 23 cars on hand with
21cars competing in the feature. Despite the track having no
tire-rule, all 23 drivers rode on Hoosier tires. Hodnett won the
$3,000 top-prize using a Hoosier RD12/RD15 (LR/RR) combination. Fred
Rahmer came in second and Don Kreitz third as all three top finishers
used the same rear drive compound combination. Mike Erdley, Mark
Smith, Todd Hestor, Lance Dewease, Chad Layton, Miki Young and Cris
Eash rounded out the list of top ten finishers. Team-Hoosier now has a
2-0 record at the historic track after posting a perfect 36-0 mark
over the past two seasons. Our thanks to Randy Glover of Hoosier Tire
Mid-Atlantic for reporting the details used in this report. Weather
permitting, Williams Grove will be back in action this Sunday, March
14.
