HODNETT WINS TWICE AND KAUFFMAN
ONCE
PUSHING TEAM-HOOSIER TO 10-0 IN PA

PENNSYLVANIA
(March 29-30) -- Greg Hodnett became the first two-time winner of the
season at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday night and then captured
the 410 sprint feature at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday. Keith Kauffman
also continued his impressive early season performance by capturing
the season opener at Port Royal Speedway on Saturday. Kauffman already
has amassed four wins at the three aforementioned Pennsylvania tracks.
The three wins also push Team-Hoosier's record to a perfect 10-0 for
the year.
WILLIAMS GROVE SPEEDWAY
Friday, March 29
MECHANICSBURG, PA -- There were 34 cars on hand at Williams Grove
Speedway--28 on Hoosier tires. In the 30-lap feature, 21 of the 24
starters were on Hoosiers. At the finish, it was Greg Hodnett taking
the win using a pair of Hoosier RD12's. Hodnett earned $6,000 for the
first place finish. Early race leader P.J. Chesson, also using a pair
of RD12's, finished in the runner-up position. The first 13 drivers to
cross the finish line used Hoosier tires. Rounding out third through
13th were: Lance Dewease, Kasey Kahne, Billy Pauch, Sean Michael,
Keith Kauffman, Todd Hestor, Todd Shaffer, Jim Nier, Jeff Shepard, Don
Kreitz, Jr. and James Chesson. Team-Hoosier's record remains
undefeated in four events at Williams Grove Speedway.

ROYAL SPEEDWAY
Saturday, March 30
PORT ROYAL, PA -- Thirty cars were on hand at Port Royal Speedway for the
season opener--18 of them on Hoosier tires. In the feature, 15 of the
24 starters used Hoosier tires. Keith Kauffman captured the win and
pocketed the $2,500 prize. Kauffman used a pair of Hoosier RD12's en
route to the win, his fourth of the season. The top eight drivers to
cross the finish line were on Hoosiers. Following Kauffman to the
stripe and rounding out the all-Hoosier top eight were: Fred Rahmer,
Todd Shaffer, Sean Michael, Don Kreitz, Jr., Jim Nier, Todd Hestor and
Mark Smith.

LINCOLN SPEEDWAY
Saturday, March 30
ABBOTTSTOWN, PA -- After capturing the win at Williams Grove Speedway
Friday, Greg Hodnett became a two-time winner over the weekend by
winning the 25-lap feature at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday.
Thirty-five cars attempted to make the field for the $2,500 to-win
feature--30 of them on Hoosier tires. In the feature, 21 of the 24
starters used Hoosier rubber. Greg Hodnett used a pair of Hoosier
RD12's to capture his second win of the weekend and first win of the
year at Lincoln. Overall, the first seven drivers to cross the finish
line in the 25-lap feature were riding atop Hoosier tires. Mark Smith
(RD12/RD12), Steve Siegel (D10/RD12), Lance Dewease, Jeff Shepard,
Johnny Mackison, Jr., and Keith Kauffman finished second through
seventh for the purple team.
Congratulations to all the competitors and special
thanks to all the teams using Hoosier tires and extending
Team-Hoosier's record in Pennsylvania to a perfect 10-0.
