Chalk up another "perfect" weekend
for Team-Hoosier at Williams Grove, Lincoln and Port Royal Speedways in
Pennsylvania.
On Friday night, Lance Dewease won the feature at Williams Grove becoming the
season's first three-time winner at the track. Team-Hoosier captured the first
seven positions in the 25-lap feature. On Saturday, Cris Eash captured his
first feature win of the season at Lincoln Speedway as Team-Hoosier swept the
first 11 positions in their 25-lap feature. Todd Hestor posted his first
feature win of the season at Port Royal Speedway to complete another undefeated
weekend in Central PA in 410 sprint competition. The three race sweep by Team-Hoosier now extends their season long
streak to an impressive 21 wins and no defeats.

GROVE SPEEDWAY - May 10
MECHANICSBURG, PA -- Lance Dewease notched his second weekly 410
sprint feature win in a row, while becoming the first driver to record three
wins this season at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday. Dewease charged
from eleventh to first in just nine laps en route to recording the $3,000 win.
Dewease used a pair of Hoosier RD12's in posting his 52nd career win
at the famous 1/2-mile track. Team-Hoosier swept the top seven positions in
the 25-lap feature. Todd Shaffer finished in second place followed by Sean
Michael, Doug Esh, Mark Smith, Keith Kauffman, and Fred Rahmer in third through
seventh place, respectively. Team-Hoosier now boasts a perfect 9-0 record at
Williams Grove Speedway. LINCOLN SPEEDWAY - May 11
ABBOTTSTOWN, PA -- Cris Eash posted his first 410 feature win of the season at
Lincoln Speedway on Saturday. Eash, using a Hoosier RD12/D12 combination, en
route to the $2,500 winner's prize. Rounding out the top 11 sweep for
Team-Hoosier were: Steve Siegel, second; Fred Rahmer, third; Billy Simms,
fourth; Chris Knopp, fifth; Brook Weibley, sixth; Johnny Mackison, Jr.,
seventh; Greg Hodnett, eighth; Bobby Weaver, ninth; Lance Dewease, tenth; and
Jerry Parrish, eleventh. This Wednesday, May 15th, Lincoln Speedway will hold
a special 50-lap race commemorating 50 years of continuous racing at the famed
facility with $5,050 going to the race winner. Team-Hoosier now sports
a sparkling 9-0 record at Lincoln Speedway in 2002. PORT
ROYAL SPEEDWAY - May 11
Todd Hestor won his first feature race of the season at Port Royal Speedway
on Saturday. Hestor pocketed the $2,500 winner's paycheck after collecting the
25-lap win. Todd Shaffer, Mike Erdley and Mark Smith finished second through
fourth for Team-Hoosier. Team-Hoosier
is now 3-0 at Port Royal Speedway. Add them all up, and the mark is 21-0 at the
three central PA tracks. Hoosier Racing Tire Corp. would like to thank
