LAKEVILLE, IN (February 1, 2002) --
Hoosier Racing Tire is proud to announce production of the first
28.0/10.0-16 drag slick available to the drag racing market. Designed
for, but not limited to, vehicles that have to utilize a 16"
wheel diameter to wrap around the larger brake calipers that come with
some of today's vehicles. A couple of examples are the Ford Lightning
Truck and the Dodge Viper. This tire comes with the same high traction
C07 compound that is currently on other record setting Hoosier Drag
Slicks.
Look for the new 28.0/10.0-16 at your local track or
contact your local race tire distributor for availability.
