IN (February 2, 2009) -- Hoosier Racing Tire is releasing a
harder D55 compound in the 12.0x9.0-6 tire size for NWOK in 2009. This
compound will have slightly less grip than the NWOK D50, but it will
be more durable. The D55 will have a cold durometer of 64-67.
The
D55 will be phased in and will eventually replace the D50 once current
inventory is depleted.
The
specifications for the new D55 are listed below.
