LAKEVILLE,
IN (September 25, 2007) -- In
addition to the current D30, Hoosier is proud to introduce the new
RD30 compound for oval dirt kart applications. The RD30 is comparable
to the Vega MAS (yellow) and has a cold durometer of 50-52. This
compound is designed for loose track conditions that lack grip. The
RD30 will be fitted to the new C02 construction and will be available
in the following sizes:

The RD30
compound will be available during the week of October 8, 2007.
Hoosier
is also changing the 10.7x5.5-6 tire, which is the most common left
rear used in oval dirt karting, to 11.0x6.0-6. This change is taking
place to help customers easily identify the appropriate left rear tire
for their application. Once the current inventory of 10.7x5.5-6 tires
are sold, the 11.0x6.0-6 will be released. Catalog 11376 will replace
11375 and catalog 11401 will replace 11400.
