IN (August 14, 2006) -- In an effort to offer our valued customers a more
competitive race tire, Hoosier Tire will be offering the first ever radial
slick tire for SCCA club racers competing in the Formula Atlantic and GT1
classes. Extensive testing has proven the radial slicks to outperform our
current bias ply slicks that we have been offering for many years. Every aspect
of vehicle dynamics, grip, turn in, steering feedback and quicker lap times,
will be enhanced by using the radial slicks. Car setup will be slightly
different using the radial slicks as compared to the bias ply slicks, so
contact your nearest Hoosier Distributor or call the factory for setup
information. These tires
