HOOSIER TIRE REQUEST FORM
FOR THE SCCA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Please use the form below to provide the information for ordering your tires for the SCCA Championships. It is necessary to pre order your tires for this event. You are not obligated to purchase all the tires you order. However, any pre ordered tires that are not picked up by the start of the races will be released for sale on a first come/first served basis.

Each order must be received at Hoosier a minimum of two weeks prior to the event start. You will receive an email confirmation for your order. Please make sure your information is complete and the email address is on the form. If a confirmation is not received within a day or two, please resubmit your order.
