ROSSBURG, OH (April 8-9) -- The Hoosier-shod cars of Sammy
Swindell and Steve Kinser found victory lane over the weekend during World of
Outlaw Sprint action at the famed Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, OH.
On Friday night, Swindell started 3rd and grabbed the lead from
Jason Solwold during lap 12, on his way to the 25-lap preliminary win using a
94.0/15.0-15 D12 (left) and 105.0/18.0-15 D12 (right) rear tire combination. It
also marked the first-ever victory at the historic track for car owner Guy
Forbrook. All 26 cars in the feature event utilized Hoosier tires.
While on Saturday night, Steve Kinser led all 30 laps en route
to victory lane using a 94.0/15.0-15 D15 left rear and a 105.0/18.0-15 D15
right rear on the Eldora high banks. Like Friday night, all 26 cars in the
feature event rode on Hoosier tires.
With the sweep at Eldora, Hoosier remains undefeated in 2005
World of Outlaw Sprint Car Series competition where any tire brand can compete.
